When will my order ship

We allow 1-2 working days for orders to be picked, packed and posted. Most orders will be shipped out within the first business day after the order has been placed. We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Average shipping times are 6 - 9 business days, your tracking number will be updated 2-4 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us via the contact page

What currency are the prices in on the website?

All prices are in AUD.

What happens if I would like a return

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. We do not cover return shipping. You must wait for it to arrive, you must then send it back to us then we can organise an exchange or refund. We don not cover the return shipping cost.

How long does shipping take?
